LOEWE, the esteemed Spanish luxury fashion house, is making waves in China with its first major exhibition, “Crafted World.” From March 22 to May 5, the Shanghai Exhibition Centre will host this playful retrospective, curated by creative director Jonathan Anderson. Spanning 178 years of fashion history, “Crafted World” offers a unique glimpse into LOEWE’s evolution. Set against the backdrop of OMA-designed spaces, visitors will encounter iconic pieces from LOEWE’s past, including Rihanna’s custom Super Bowl suit and Anderson’s standout designs.
Interactive experiences, like the “Pronunciation Tunnel” with Yang Mi and Jodie Comer, add an engaging twist. Guests will also explore LOEWE’s Spanish roots, featuring vintage ads, iconic bags, and artworks by Pablo Picasso. At “The Atelier,” delve into the craftsmanship behind LOEWE’s coveted accessories, including special collaborations with Studio Ghibli. With “Crafted World,” LOEWE invites you on a fashion journey unlike any other.
