Saint Laurent transcends traditional retail with the grand unveiling of Saint Laurent Babylone, a captivating Parisian bookstore curated by the brand’s creative director, Anthony Vaccarello. More than a mere bookstore, Babylone serves as a cultural haven where art, music, fashion, and literature converge, all through Vaccarello’s discerning lens.
Echoing the aesthetic of the new Paris flagship, Saint Laurent Babylone features sleek marble tables harmonizing with raw, rocky shelving and walls. The space houses rare books atop an archival Pierre Jeanneret desk, inviting patrons to explore literary treasures with gloves provided.
Beyond books, the store offers a curated selection of records and magazines handpicked by Vaccarello. Noteworthy additions include Saint Laurent Rive Droite Edition titles and captivating photography by Rose Finn-Kelcey and Juergen Teller. Saint Laurent Babylone extends its cultural embrace by hosting events like DJ sets, readings, and listening sessions, with an upcoming in-store book signing by Teller.
Located at 9 Rue de Grenelle, 75007 Paris, Saint Laurent Babylone welcomes visitors Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
