Maria Grazia Chiuri transported fashion enthusiasts to the late 60s with Dior’s Fall 2024 handbag collection, a homage to the iconic Miss Dior line that debuted in 1967. Reflecting a shift towards ready-to-wear fashion, this collection blends historical elegance with contemporary trends.
The color palette, dominated by classic neutrals such as black, white, and beige gabardine, pays homage to Dior’s renowned tailoring. In a nod to the brand’s heritage, Chiuri reintroduces the Miss Dior Logo, a symbol that marked a transformative moment in luxury fashion history.
The collection unfolds with a diverse array of small flap bags, each featuring the iconic logo in unique styles—embossed leather, all-over studded logos, and more. Alongside these contemporary interpretations, House classics like the Lady Dior, Dior 30 Montaigne, and the new Dior Toujours Bag take center stage, reimagined in cross-stitched embossed leather.
