Dior takes a nostalgic leap by revamping its Chiffre Rouge watch collection, paying homage to the minimalist designs introduced two decades ago. The sleek and dark silhouettes of the original collection from 2004 are reimagined with contemporary detailing in the latest release of eight new models, set to launch throughout 2024. While retaining the matte black aesthetic and subtle graphics, the collection receives a technical upgrade, introducing offbeat elements like an asymmetric case and playful pops of color.
The modernized watches explore various finishes, ranging from clean ultra-matte black to diamond-studded cases. Limited-edition pieces showcase a tourbillon, complemented by touches of the signature Dior red. Reflecting Monsieur Dior’s personal preferences, the number eight, his favorite, is subtly integrated into the date display.
Dior enthusiasts can anticipate the availability of five watch models in boutiques from February 2024, followed by one in July 2024, and the final two in October 2024.
